Villa Lairoux

is set on the edge of the small village of Lairoux, only 8km from the bustling town of Luçon. The Villa has private off-road parking for up to four cars and is not overlooked by any neighbours.The villa has a securely fenced garden area, containing an oval shaped swimming pool. (10m x 5m), with sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool is heated with solar panels during the summer months and has a hard cover for your security. There is also a large brick built barbecue for al fresco dining.

The gardens are mainly laid to lawns, with plenty of space for football or badminton. There is also a ping pong table and bicycles for your use.

Inside the house there is a large living room with a beamed ceiling and wooden staircase. This room has direct access to the garden through the sliding full length windows. There is a large dining table that can seat up to 8 guests and a wood burning fire for those long winter nights. The living room is equipped with a TV, Video, DVD player, Sky free to air satellite channels and a stereo with CD player. The dining table converts into a snooker table for your amusement.

The kitchen is accessed via the living room, and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & kettle, along with enough crockery & cutlery for up to 8 guests. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen for those intimate suppers.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with ample storage and these look out onto a small courtyard. The house bathroom is next to these bedrooms and has a full-sized bath, overhead shower and hand basin. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. There is a second toilet and shower room on the ground floor - next to which is a utility room with the washing machine and a spare fold-up bed should one be required.

The wooden staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, where there are two further bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with storage facilities. In the corridor there is a large bookcase containing many books, videos, DVDs and boardgames for your amusement.
Bed linens are provided within the cost of the holiday, but please bring your own towels and tea towels.
